Objective:

i. Supply and install 300/200mmtubewells units in four location of NWSC Lahan facilities.

ii. Perform pumping test and analyse its finding and provide technical report as mentioned in BOQ

Evaluation shall be carried out in two stages i.e.,
a. First Technical Proposal will be evaluated on the basis of criteria mentioned below.
b. Technical proposal of the firm who scored more than 45 marks out of 70 marks in Technical proposal will be eligible for financial evaluation and financial evaluation will be done of all eligible firms.
c. If none of the technical proposals scored minimum marks i.e., 45 out of 70, none will be eligible for financial evaluation.
