| Thank you for your interest in Pan-Intergalactic Business Community rental services. We are currently renting systems in Oasa and Perrigen Falls which offer mining and drone ratting opportunities. To speak with a rental agent join the in game channel 'GLD4U.Rental'. |
| |
| If you are interested in renting rights to valuable moons for mining from GLD4U, please see the other tabs in this spreadsheet below. Any corp interested in moon mining in INGME space must first purchase a system and become a member of the GLD4U alliance as explained below. |

| 1. Rental Application Procedure |
| In order to earn the right to settle in skill urself (INGME) controlled space one must contact the rental agent responsible for the renting system. Negotiations may take place on private chat or via ingame mailing system. After reaching an agreement the renter corporation has to send an application to Pan-Intergalactic Business Community (GLD4U) alliance and pay their rent for the month in advance. Before joining GLD4U the renter corporation is obliged to reset their standings to other corporations/alliances. All standings are regulated by the GLD4U alliance. After confirming that rent is paid and the standings are properly set the INGME rental agent accepts the application. CCP requires a 24-hour waiting period after accepting an application to an alliance before the corp enters. |

| 2. Billing and Payments |
| All rental payments are to be paid to Pan Intergalactic Business Community Executor corporation between the 1st and 4th day of each month for every upcoming month. The ISK must be sent from the renting corporations wallet to Pan Intergalactic Business Community Executor corp with a transaction description naming the system(s) that are being paid for. The price of a system depends on the class of the system, and presence of extras such as a ice or dead end. |

| 3. Rental Benefits |
| INGME rents systems to corporations that join the Pan-Intergalactic Business Community alliance. We provide an active intel channel in game and active rental managers to resolve any issues every day. Renters are not required or welcome to join INGMEfleets. |
| |
| 4. General Rental Information and Rules |
| Members of GLD4U are NOT required nor welcome to participate in INGME PVP operations. Members of GLD4U are obligated to use the intel channel and report any hostile ships sighted. The report should consist of: name of solar system, number of hostile ships, name of the pilot and if it is possible type and position of enemy vessels. In intel channels use English only. Members of GLD4U have free access to any INGME controlled station/citadel except privately corp-owned moon mining citadels. Members of GLD4U do NOT have the right to open fire at any blue ship unless being attacked. In case of being attacked by a blue ship it is obligatory to report the hostile blue pilot in the intel channel and inform any INGME diplomat about the situation via ingame chat or mail. Causing any unrests and fights is unacceptable and will be penalized. All standings are regulated by GLD4U alliance. Using different standings than GLD4U is unacceptable. INGME reserves the right to interfere in renting corporation recruitment policy if this policy endangers interests or security of INGME or its allies. |
| |
| 5. Exclusive use of rented system resources |
| Renters acquire exclusive rights to rat, mine and explore in their rented systems. TCUs and stations in the rented systems are controlled by the INGME alliance. Switching sovereignty control to a renting corporation is not an option. After you purchase an IHUB and entosis the IHUB in your system, we will send out a renting agent to transfer it to the renting corporation. After this the renting corporation has sole responsibility for the IHUB, meaning the renting corporation is obliged to pay for any additional upgrade fees incurred and is free to upgrade the IHUB themselves as they see fit. Sub-leasing rented systems to other corporations is not permitted and will result in instant removal from GLD4U. Renting corporations have the right to Planetary Interaction according to the rules specified in section 7. Renting corporations have the right to exploration according to the rules specified in section 8. Renting corporations have exclusive rights on ice belts present in their rented system but may choose to allow other members to mine ice if they wish. |
| |
| 6. Moon-mining and Refineries |
| You’re free to mine any empty moons in systems you rent per section 5(if you want to mine it you should scout it before you rent). However, in the future we may tell you to take down an Athanor or tax your corporation for the usage of a particular moon. |
| |
| 7. Planetary Interaction |
| Renting corporations have the right to do Planetary Interaction in any systems with INGME sovereignty. |
| |
| 8. Exploration |
| By complex (PLEX) we understand any signature that need to be pinpointed with the use of 4 ore more core scanner probes which includes DED, data, relic and wormhole sites. Renting corporations have the right to do exploration in all INGME sov unless they are asked to leave by INGME alliance members or a system renter. In case of a PLEX being the result of an expedition or escalation the members of GLD4U have the right to do that site anywhere in INGME and its allies controlled space. In such case the exploration party is required to inform the local residents about the fact of having an escalation in the system. The local residents may ask for proof that you indeed have an escalation there. In that case a screenshot of your Journal/Expedition tab is regarded as sufficient. INGME reserves the right to do PLEXes in system rented for exclusive use in case the renting corp does not do those sites in a reasonable time. This rule is imposed in order to prevent stacking sites in systems rented by corporations not interested in this form of PVE activity. |
| |
| 9. Dissolving the renting contract |
| All citadels must be unanchored or sold to other renters at the end of your rental period. INGME may dissolve the renting contract with GLD4U corporations. In such case the renting corporation will be informed no later than 7 days before the contract expiration day in order to ensure safe and peaceful evacuation of renter assets. In case the renting agreement will be dissolved before the end of the fiscal month INGME will not return the rent for unused time at the end of the month. INGME may disciplinarily remove a renting corporation from the ranks of GLD4U in case of violating the renting agreement. In this case INGME reserves the right to remove the corporation in times shorter than 7 days. Renter corporations may express the wish to end the contract. In that case the renting corp is expected to inform INGME rental agent of this fact not later than 3 days before leaving the ranks of GLD4U. In this case the rent for not used time is not returned to the renting corporation. |
| |
| 10. Crime and punishment |
| All complaints and cases of violation of renting agreement by GLD4U, INGME or their allies are to be reported to a INGME rental agent. The complaint should consist of: date, system name, name of involved pilots, short description of the case and a screenshot proving the violation of rules took place. INGME rental agents will determine an appropriate punishment to resolve the complaint. In case of blue-fire or tackling, the offender corporation is to remove the offender pilot from its ranks instantly. Also the offender corporation must reimburse all the damage inflicted by the traitor pilot. If the corp refuses to follow those rules the corp will instantly be removed from ranks of GLD4U. In case of blue tackler INGME reserves the right to instantly remove the tackler corporation from the ranks of GLD4U for the time it takes to remove the troublesome pilot. After reimbursing the loses and removing the blue tackler the renter corp will be accepted into GLD4U again. All corps must maintain some recruitment policies and checks to prevent easy access from blue tacklers in order to keep everyone safe. |

| 11. Citadels |
| Any GLD4U corp may anchor any citadel/engineering platform without prior permission in their rented systems only. You may not anchor a citadel of any size outside of your rented system without permission from INGME. Referinies may be anchored on any moon that you rent from GLD4U and after receiving permission from INGME. No neutral or hostile groups to INGME/GLD4U may be given docking access at your citadels. Any citadels are anchored at your own risk. INGME may choose to form for the defense if requested, but INGME is not responsible for the safety of your citadel if you choose to anchor one. Requests for defense support should be given to the official contacts in the GLD4U.Rental channel in game. All citadels must be unanchored and taken down at the end of your rental contract. Any citadels left behind after the expiration of your rental agreement may be destroyed by INGME if you do not unanchor and take it down. You are not required to give services rights in your citadel to anyone outside of your corp, however you must allow docking for skill urself Alliance. Contact your rental manager in game for a ACL list to use. |

| 12. Renting as an Alliance |
| We no longer rent to alliances. Interested parties must join the GLD4U alliance as a corporation. |
