installation of new EC Motor Fan Coil Unit, etc complete

EC Fan Motor
1) Replace of existing AC blower with new ebm-papst EC fan
complete with G.I steel bracket.
2) Replace all existing screws with stainless steel screws Grade
304.
Cooling Coil
1) Solvent clean /mechanically de-rust the corroded coil frames
and coil header.
2) Solvent clean /mechanically de-rust the corroded condensate
drain tray, and apply anti-corrosion treatment on the metal
surfaces.
3) Clean the coil with fresh water and comb all the fins straight.
CHW Line, CDP Line & Stainer
1) Recondition of chilled water supply pipe, return pipe and bypass
pipe.
2) Replace PU foam and GI jacketing of chilled water pipe if it is
corroded or having condensation issue.
3) Clean the stainer and replace the connecting pipes.
4) Replace Armaflex on the chilled water pipes, valves, stainer		NoGroup 9
