Our mission is to reunite children with comfort items lost in natural disasters. While our website is in development, this spreadsheet helps volunteers contribute by either finding lovies or sponsoring matches. Below outlines how each tab at the bottom of this spreadsheet works.

Lovie Requests (Admin Only)

Who uses this: Admin

Purpose: Houses every family request submitted via our intake form. This tab is read-only for volunteers and includes information used for matching. Once a lovie is matched and funded, it will be highlighted in GREEN.

Match Submissions

Who uses this: Volunteers and Families

Purpose: A place to submit possible lovie matches and optionally commit to funding the purchase.

How to Use:

1. Enter the child’s name and a link to your matched item
20
2. Add any notes about the item (e.g., color match, size difference, brand)

3. Leave your name and email so we can contact you if your match is selected

4. Optionally, enter your info as a funder if you're also able to buy the item

5. Admin will update the match status as we move through the process

** You can do one role (search OR fund) or both. Just be sure to claim your part in the sheet!
