LHS students meet once a week with their little during the school day at that student's elementary school.Anyone can join, but you need to be able to drive and have either back-to-back study halls, or a study hall and lunch back-to-back.

The crews consist of lights, sound, set and costumes/makeup. LHS Major Productions takes the actors of the LHS Theatre Club and puts on two shows a year: a fall play, and a spring musical. Join the drama club and or be cast in a performance.

Students may try out to earn a spot on the varsity team or choose to join our official Discord to make new friends that share the hobby of gaming.Membership Eligibility: Tryouts are held at the start of each semester for the Varsity team. Students who compete need to have a 1.0 GPA. Any student is able to participate in the social aspect.

In the KnowCoach Connc_conn@lcsschools.netBased on the popular quiz style format of two teams consisting of four players each. The object of the game is to score the most points, earned by correctly answering questions asked by the show’s Host.Meeting at the beginning the year for anyone who is interested. We will hold "competitions" during activity period.

Journalism - Eye of the Gale & Quill and ScrollMs. Mendicinoj_mendicino@lcsschools.netStudents produce the school online newspaper, Eye of the Gale. Students also sell advertising, conduct interviews, take photos, and write news features that concern LHS and the Lancaster community. For Quill and Scroll, eligible students spend extra time during study hall or after school to develop the Eye of the Gale school online website. Students with a B- in English and who are in grades 10-12 qualify for Journalism.Application to apply, B- GPA in English is required. 10th-12th grade. Journalism students who maintain an A in the class can join Quill and Scroll.

Junior Class OfficeMrs. DiTommasom_ditommaso@lcsschools.netElected students select and execute fundraisers to raise money for their senior year prom and graduation. Junior class officers help seniors set up and tear down prom so they can get ideas/inspiration. The Junior class also helps the community with programs like Adopt a Child during Christmas.

Key ClubTBATBAKey Club is a student led service organization that is partnered with the Lancaster Kiwanas Organization. The goal of this club is to encourage leadership through serving others. Key Club will meet the first Thursday of every month with most meetings being held in the Little Theater/Auditorium. Open to all LHS students.

Latin Club organizes a variety of activities both within the content area and in support of the community.

Membership requirements: complete one full semester of high school Art, B average in Art courses, Art teacher reccomendation. Students are eligible beginning in their Junior year if they have a 3.4 GPA or higher. Students must fill out a form with information about their Service, Leadership, and Character. RoboticsMr. Ryszj_rysz@lcsschools.netStudents design, build, and code robots using VEX V5 materials in order to compete in the latest version of the VRC game. Students will learn to use different types of tools including band saws, drills/impacts, rotary tools, and more.
All students with an interest in learning about coding and robotics. To maintain membership, students will have to pay the club fee and attend at least one meeting per semester.

We attend multiple competitions in the spring where students compete against other schools. All students interested in STEM fields who are in good academic standing can join this club.

Jazz BandMr. Factorb_factor@lcsschools.netJazz Band is an extra-curricular ensemble that begins rehearsing at the conclusion of the marching band season. The group explores various styles within the jazz/pop genre, including swing, blues, funk, rock, latin, and more.
All high school band members are eligible for membership. Non-band members may audition on piano, guitar, and bass, or as a vocal soloist.

The purpose of the group is to continue to develop and refine the skills necessary for successful participation in the fall season. Winter Guard begins rehearsing at the conclusion of the marching band season.There are no auditions for Winter Guard. Membership is open to all students in grades 8-12.
