Basketball with Coach NickAs a former player and assistant coach at the college level who is also currently employed by the Charlotte Hornets as a Hornets Hoops Coach, I've had the opportunity to work and learn from some of the best. In this awesome camp, your child will be pushed and challenged through drills, games, and competitions. They will be taught the proper shooting mechanics of a jumpshot and layup, advanced offensive moves that I have learned from working with professional athletes as well as how to be a good teammate when playing the game of Basketball. They will be introduced to basic man to man defensive principles and get the chance to put these skills into action with some team games and competitions! This Elite camp is for experienced players who have passion for the game and want to grow as a player. Some lucky campers will also leave with some free Charlotte Hornets gear! So if your child is like me and loves the game of basketball, I hope to see them this summer at the HS gym for a great week of fun and hard work!
