If you want my opinion it made the sisters be more involved also it made MIT get to know us more + and since we dont have many sister left its not impossible for them to get. The video chat and 5 sisters were ok during covid, but since we are going back to normal I think we should bring them back. We had this my freshman year and even my mom who is an alumni and sister remembers collecting signatures. We use to do house inviations to help them get them out like before.	(09/18) Hi Sam! We are doing both signatures and interviews this semester. MITs will be required to get 15 signatures and interview 7 people to complete the penguin point. 3				As for fall ball- I saw the options and I dont think hersey or great wolf lodge is a great idea because 1. since we have very few sister left its going to be so expensive 2. If one friend doesnt go and the other wants to go they wouldnt want to feel like a burden to other sister following them around great wolf lodge or hersey therefore they might not go. So the amount of people going wouoldnt make it worth it. 3. Your picking a weekend trip when most girls have midterms, work and finals. 4. Bus expenses 5. Your taking away from seniors there last fall ball where we all hang as a group great wolf lodge and hersey we will seprate from each other. The point of fall ball is a bonding event. 6. 4	Sam	ssegal@udel.edu	10/16/21	Is it possible to do more kisok for national suicide awarness. I feel like in previous years we got to cann more. Also, is it possible to raise money ourselves via canning or do we need permission?	(10/22) We can absolutely look into this! 5	Angela	angtran@udel.edu	10/20/2022	I am very frustrated with how little notice we have gotten for Alumni brunch. Many alumni are full time employees and live out of state now. This is an event that requires much more notice than a week. People need to plan to come down to Delaware, requiring transportation and a place to stay. I do not appreciate how little information was conveyed about Alumni brunch especially since the first email sent to Alumni about the event was on October 16. This is less than a weeks notice until the day of Alumni brunch. Even active members had limited to practically no notice. I think that this could have been better planned since so many Alumni have expressed their frustrations with wanting to come but being unable to due to the last minute notice.	(10/22) Hi Angela. I really appreciate you taking the time to voice your concerns and frustration here. Unfortunately, I'm not able to do much about the current event. I will make sure that this feedback and more advice are provided to any future alumni liaisons to prevent this issue in the future. We will discuss this further at our exec meeting tomorrow and I will put any updates here and mention them at chapter. -Kylie
