FUNDRAISING??
34
What are the main fund raising activities? Auction didn't sound widely loved. Kevin mentioned a wine raffle.
35
Wine raffle was initiated last year by Liz Comay, and was very successful. Early this year, several Board members (Clare, Gavin and other i don't remember) said they would rather do a wine raffle than an auction, and Kevin seemed to like the idea. We still have the letters that Liz sent to WE and WS families to solicit wine donations. I sent Yolanda a link to the folder.

PROGRAMShoshannah Straussshowday@gmail.comShoshannah will communicate with Kevin re: repertoire. From the committee, she will need a list of volunteers who contribute to this event. The person who manages wine raffle contributions should also keep a list of contributors for acknowledgment in the program.Q: Do we have a budget. Printer? How much lead time do we need to have printing completed?
