13	*	All Team/Group and individual participants participating in the Arts Festival will be free for HKAEA’s annual membership fee.
14	*	Each individual participant can submit 1 artwork. Please provide title of artwork.
15	*	Please save this “AYCAF Group Registration Form 2025” with the name of School/Art Centre/Institution as the file name (For example: AYCAF Group Registration Form 2025_ABCSchool).
16	*	Participant information will be used for Certificates/Medals/Trophies (if any), please make sure the submitted name is correct. To ensure data accuracy, eletronic version of the form is preferable.
17	*	Age and Age Group is calculated as on 31 October 2025.
18	*	Please note that HKD$80 administration fee will be charged if there is any amendment required.
19	*	Please complete this Excel form and upload the Excel file to the Goup Registration google form: https://forms.gle/yfpWerus2NPniWtv5										Chop of School/Art Centre/ Institution
20	*	Local/overseas groups return fees are subject to separate quotations based on the quantity of artworks.
