Resolution of Boundary conflicts settled or forwarded to the proper government agencies	- Boundary conflicts settled or forwarded to the proper agencies within three (3) conferences and/or dialogues			130 boundary conflict cases were settled amicably which exceeded the 50 targeted settlements.			5	5	5	5.00	Boundary conflict settlement is not a part of the mandate of this office. However, in as much as the Municipal Assessor is equipped to handle mediation proceedings due to previous trainings & has working knowledge on basic laws, she opted to render this additional public service for free.

37		1. Free Special Patents covering government sites	- Facilitation of applications on Free Special Patents covering government sites to concerned agencies within 15 days upon submission.
