Teutonia Park1263 Fillmore Ave. Inspection of a 1872 - 1905 Ward Map of the City of Buffalo revealed that Teutonia Park was located on the East Side in the 18th Ward. The park was located at the intersections of Fillmore and Fougeron Streets, extending one block to Josephine St. to the east and Urban St. to the north. The area is two blocks north of what we now know as Martin Luther King Park.
