3/15/2016 16:10:35Copied from March 3 meeting agenda:

(Question for Bob from Rose @ EWU: Where are we at with the boundwith issue?) - save for March 17 meeting. Note: this has been surfaced as a Priority Issue.

(Just want to be sure this gets on agenda for 3/17)

5/31/2016 12:55:21Talk about new "Brief Record Levels" coming with June release. What is the history behind this? How will we implement it - at the Alliance level? individual library level?5-10 minutesKathy FaustLewis & Clark Lawdone

11/8/2016 12:29:03Refresher on boundwiths (what should display look like in Alma, what should display look like in Primo, how to create new boundwiths, known issues in either Alma or Primo yet to be resolved by ExL) - trying to describe this for folks new-ish to the Alliance and the SILS is not easy :(

Perhaps this might be good as an accompanying topic whenever the Alma operational policy for boundwiths is reviewed and reported on by the TSWG?

11/29/2016 17:33:57Discussion of December release notes, especially Institutional Analytics Profile - some of the info in the release notes (p.37-38) is confusing and possibly even seems to contradict itself - any clarification would be most helpful!5-10 minutesKathleen SpringLinfield College

12/7/2016 15:50:44Ordering from the NZ results in empty material type in the item record, which is a problem for Primo publishing and accurate analytics. Response to case 00169646 says development is aware of problem but fix is not on roadmap yet. PCC has changed our ordering policy to link from the NZ first and then only order from the IZ.5 minutes or lessKaren Spence
