I'll have 5 controllers with stripes to work with ready. You can do all the "programming" you want with any smartphone, but a notebook would be better.

20:00SocialEveryoneGames nightWe all love to play games - otherwise, why would we be here? The main part of the program will not include playing complete games, but on Friday night, we will offer a whole night of gaming. This can include short form larps, free form games, tabletop roleplaying, social games like Werewolf or other types of related activities.Carnelian KingFriendship WorkshopCome lonely, leave connected.Tobias MühlauThe FrontlineIn “The Frontline” the players take control of a company of soldiers on the frontlines of an unnamed war (inspired by WW1/WW2). Every day brings a new attack, new decisions to take on where the squads should attack.
The Frontline is a larp for 10-13 players with an immersive approach. It's main themes are Death, War and Responsibility.

Satuday10:00KeynoteLara HartungDesigning Meaningful Character( Relation)sWhat comes first, the character ir the relations? We‘ll look at the intertwined purpose of both and at some approaches how to make characters meaningful for the larp, actionable, and give them potential to develop - and how this can be mirrored in meaningful and deep relations.
33
10:30WorkshopTobi MühlauDesigning Meaningful Character( Relation)sLet‘s put some of the tools into practice and look at more specific aspects of characters and their relations. E.g. how do you structure a character sheet for your specific larp?Gregor KnapeCharacter Make-Up. Adapt your gender, age and disposition to your assigned role.
In this workshop, the participants will learn the basics of character make-up and changing their own appearance to fit the assigned character in a subtle way. Using only "paint-on" techniques, the participants will practice to change their gender and or age. Make-Up will be provided, but feel free to bring any make-up that you want to use as well as your make-Up tools. For practice purposes, if you can, bring a headshot of yourself (like in a passport), enlarged to a full page size and printed out in b/w a couple of times, for drawing exercises.Fernando BernardelliAutomating the boring parts. Not every part of organizing a LARP is pleasant. But what if we could get rid of the boring tasks? That's why we have computers, to do the work we don't want to do! Let me show you how signups, payments, communication with players, and character writing can be done without burning out the organizers.

13:30Workshop Armin SaßAdapting a Setting into a LarpAdapting a setting/story into a Larp. Capture the essence (you care about) and make it larp-able. Mix different settings together to tell a better larp-able story. Pros and cons of playing in an existing setting. Every setting is adaptable - challenge accepted!Mat LöwenotterVR LarpLARPS are great, but sometimes it's hard to pull them of. Set design and outfits may be costly, time short, travelling stressful, finding the right audience or rare spots complex. 😱 Wouldn't it be nice to make worlds to your liking without a price tag? Be able to teleport from your home to an international LARP and back? Just slipping into not only an outfit, but a whole body, which doesn't have to be your gender or even human?

Virtual Reality can do that. 🖖 There is an active scene of interactive theaters and short (2h) "chamber" LARPS and long "ongoing" ones with loads of people. I was taking part in small and large onsite and online LARPS as participant and organizer and will guide you a bit through the technology, the pros and cons. We will watch some examples, discuss potentials and maybe even visit some worlds (if you have a quest with vrchat, bring it!! 🙏 ).

Less then a workshop, more a big Q&A. I also want to set up a larp, but like more to build than to facilitate. Maybe we come up with a good idea to do in 2025. 🥰

Everyone50 Shades of Larp PartyOur motto for the Saturday party is 50 Shades of Larp. It is a costume party, so bring your craziest larp costumes, go traditional fantasy or space opera or try out something completely different. Wear that costume you never had a chance to wear (again)! If you don't want to wear a costume, that is totally fine too- fortunately there are those mini larps where you don't need any costume for. ;)Kathi KramerDisney Sing-Along Party

Gregor KnapeDirt, Sickness, Death and ZombiesVery subtle "Movie Make-Up" to make your characters suffer and look good doing so. In this workshop, the participants will learn how to adapt their appearance to match the stories the larp makes them experience. With very simple water based make-up and more sophisticated alcohol based make-up, the participants will create a dirty, sick personage (think of WW I or a victorian slum), a lunatic, someone who just died and someone who has just risen from the grave following a curse.
Participants will be provided with make-up, but can bring their own and must bring some old towels (NOT FROM THE VENUE please) and their own skincare products.
