A library where you can checkout almost any item for a week for free, as long as you return it. If you didn't you would have to pay the cost of the item. I want to help the lower classes of society by teaching them to uplift them selves. So people in the hood teach them how to put together private reits and obtain residential and commercial properties in their area that way if some one wants Gentrification they community as a whole wins and not just some cooperation it will give them the financial leverage to build community centers and rehab and mental health centers for a lower class. In turn that can help the lower class to improve quality of life there are some homeless that live on the streets do to mental issues the need to be taken care in the quality centers some because of drugs they can get back to rehab. Also teach people personal finance and how to be financially independent weather they want to be a boss or employee. By helping them create business's and have them follow the WinCo business model. And create affordable housing with solar panels and and tesla wall batteries and aquaponIcs systems that will help decentralize farming and the electrical grids. And have more people use simbi and bitcoin and cash trades. To stop banks. Essentially my goal is to take the positive aspects of democracy socialism and communism and capitalism and leaving out the negative aspects. There is enough money in the world for everyone we don't need to step on anyone's toes to have a better way of life. Consider how many people have met their spouses this way online, why not meet your new bestie? The closest thing I've seen to this is comotivate.com and it no longer exists. But anyway, with the huge numbers of people who are introverted or suffering from social anxiety, there's probably a market for it. The most difficult part of this would actually be finding which types match. It might not be as simple as an extrovert needing other extroverts. There's research around that might help too. You hunt different types of creatures and as you go you find different tools. Rock salt, lighters and matches, knives, all the tools of trade needed to kill each spirit or creature you come across. Then if you don't have the things needed to kill the creature you come across, you can bail or make an attempt and when have to bribe Death to bring you back if you fail. So it would encourage people to get out walking more, much like Pokémon go does. Sharing meals will not create a sense of community and belonging but lots of differences and biases can be sorted out by just sharing and enjoying a meal together. I see it exactly looking like AirBnB style but now we share the food. I think this will change the restaurant industry drastically. We invite the guest/guests to our home to share a meal together and and the guest compensates according to their perception of value - this gives opportunity for both party to practice generosity ( anti-dote to scarcity) and also connect with each other. We can have a star rating system on the quality of service/ company or reviews like other services do. We can also add component of bridging cultural differences, ideology differences for those who are willing to heal the wounds of misunderstanding between duality. I would invent a taser alarm clock....yup a taser. The regular alarm noise with the snooze function just won't cut it anymore.
