My primary research has been based in medical education and pediatric resuscitation. I have also done work in QI and would be happy to collaborate with any of the above learners to help produce academic projects. IrvinChristine11/27/23Career,Work Life Balance,Medical EducationCurrently analyzing qualitative data for a research project that looked into virtual gatherings among women physicians as a way to improve stress caused by work-life integration. This type of project could certainly be done at a resident level, or among other physician groups, if there is interest in projects focused on physician wellness.

MurrayYuany9/24/23Career,Work Life BalanceI'm a neonatologist and I'm the APD for the neonatal-perinatal program. I'd love to help mentor any residents interested in pediatrics or anyone having trouble with work-life balance. I had my first child during fellowship so I understand the difficulty with balancing work and family.
