5 | 1. The Lost and Found Box is located at the ASC third-floor AUS Office 2. People can go to the AUS office to drop off lost and found items OR report them to ascservices@aus.ubc.ca 3. AUS student volunteers that are part of the Administration Portfolio will be collecting lost and found items as part of our daily ASC site inspection 4. The Operations Department of the Administration Portfolio will update this Lost and Found Inventory document, also found on our website at ubcaus.ca 5. You can email us at ascservices@aus.ubc.ca if you left something at the ASC or if you see your items listed here 6. We verify claimants through security questions and will record your UBC student number for safekeeping (Confidential), which will be deleted at the end of the year 7. Our Building Administrators will set up a time to meet at the AUS Office to return the items back | ||||
