1	Please make a copy of this document for your use. This is meant to be customized by the user and per project. Not all tabs may be useful, or some new ones may need to be added. You do no need to fill in all sections in order to use it or fill them in prior to starting on your project. This is merely one support tool to help your organize your thoughts and your writing. It should be as individualized as the user. If you would like to see changes to the document or have any questions, please reach out to an admin. Feel free to share this with anyone for whom you think it could be useful.
2	Tab	Description
3	Documents	This is the place to link all of your chapters or other documents that you create for the fic (like research information or lines you might want to use at some point). This helps to organize your project so you only need to open this one spreadsheet to access everything.
4	Research	Add links to websites with helpful research for the story and a short description.
5	Character Quicklinks	A way to organize all of the character tabs in one place for easy access. This is especially useful in longer stories with many, many characters. If you have only a few characters or few tabs, this tab may not be useful.
6	Timeline	This is useful for background information/things that happen before the start of the story. It provides consistency for characters' ages and when important events occurred. Having a centralized location means not having to search through a chapter to find mention of a time/date for an event.
7	Behind the scenes	There are often scenes in a story that are not depicted but are mentioned. Add a quick description of these here along with when they happened in the story so your characters can refer to them consistently.
8	Map	If needed, link a map or add a custom map here. Important for consistent travel times and locations in relation to each other in a story.
9	Magic	If you have a magic system, building it is a necessity for consistency. This can also be used for a religious or political system or any kind of societal system that organizes characters and provides motivation.
10	Playlist	The links for the music to your story/to listen to as you write. Helpful for setting the tone for a scene or a character's mood.
