Introduction

The purpose of this sheet is to give new 110 characters a fast way to get to ~230 ilvl.

TO REITERATE: The goal here is SPEED of acquisition. You can definitely get better gear through quests and raids, but that will take many hours to accomplish.
This guide aims only at getting you minimally equipped asap - basically, only the time it will take you to ride from rare to rare and to kill them.

Gear iLevel

Chest, Shoulders and Head gear always drops as item level 280, regardless of your level.

All other gear drops (and stays) as item level 210 if you are level 110, 217 if you are level 111, etc. At 110, the gear will be the same item level as Antorus Normal gear.

None of the gear from this guide has upgrade rolls - no warforge, no titanforge, no tertiary stats and no sockets. It always drops the same.

Reminder: You can only loot each of these items once per character. Only loot for your class will drop (Plate wearers cannot loot Cloth items, and vice-versa. Priests can't loot swords).

Horde/Alliance split

If you are playing Horde, every mob in Kul'Tiras is set to level 120 regardless of your level. If you are playing Alliance, everything in Zandalar is likewise set to 120. For this reason, even though rare mobs in the opposing faction's island will still drop loot for your level, it is not practical at all to gear your 110 on the opposing faction's island. As such, I decided to create separate lists for Horde (Zandalar rares) and Alliance (Kul'Tiras rares).

Horde/Alliance asymmetries

Unfortunately, Blizzard was neither thorough nor even-handed in their distribution of rare loot.
This problem stems from Blizzard's odd decision to provide both islands (Zandalar and Kul'Tiras) with an unequal number of rares, and to set some of the Zandalar rares as
non-scaling 122+ elites, while still seeding them with scalable 110-120 loot.

When it comes to weapons, for example:
- Zandalar only has 1 agility dagger dropping from a rare on one of its zones, while Kul'Tiras has 2 agility daggers and 2 intellect daggers.
- Zandalar has only 1 agility fist weapon, while Kul'Tiras has 2 agility fist weapons and 1 intellect fist weapon.
- Zandalar has only 1 agility polearm, while Kul'Tiras has 2 agility polearms and 1 intellect polearm.
- Kul'Tiras has only 1 agility staff, and Zandalar has only 1 intellect staff.

When it comes to armor, for example:
- Kul'Tiras drops Leather Shoulders from a 110-120 scaling rare (Fowlmouth), while Zandalar only drops Leather Shoulders from a 122 Elite (Umbra'rix)
- Kul'Tiras drops a Leather Chest from a 110-120 scaling rare (Taja the Tidehowler), while Zandalar only drops a Leather Chest from a 122 Elite (Mor'fani the Exile)

As a result of the uneven/incomplete distribution of loot, if you are playing a 110 Horde character it may be impossible to fully equip some specs with gear from rares, such as Rogue specs that require double daggers or Protection Warrior/Paladin that require a strength 1H.
