1. Find your committee (They are divided roughly by purpose since there will be a lot of overlap in persona selection for different types of groups).

3. Select and rank the 3 most relevant personas, and enter them in the appropriate place. Write a sentence reason for why.

4. For each of the 3 Personas you chose, provide at least one concrete action suggestion that your IG/Committee would like to pursue and can complete by early June, 2017 to improve the LITA member’s user experience. [ Please consider the needs of remote LITA members unable to travel to Annual/MW as much as those who can.]

5.Your concrete plan should include the following:


IG/Committee Action Item
Desired Outcome (and ways to measure success)
Volunteers if the action item is determined to be pursued
Resources needed, if any

6. Write up your suggestions, and put a link to the report in the last coumnn. This can be a file hosted on ALA Connect, an ALA Connect page, Google Doc, etc.
