On Master Events List Tab

Insert a row in the proper space by date (Events must be in chronological order)

Copy the row above or below

Assign the correct number of days including travel days

Assign the number of weekend days that will be needed

Assigning Correct Team Members (Repeat as needed if multiple members are attending, DO NOT place manual X in the Master Event List)

Select the Appropriate Team Member and insert cells in the appropriate line in the table on their tab. Must enter it in the right date order

Copy the cells above or below and paste into the new cells.

Change the drop down to the newly created event.
