Glenn PollockYesI think the City has a role to play in providing the land to use for affordable housing. We recently did so in Poco with a piece of Metro Vancouver property which Atira Womens Resource Society is leasing for $1.00/year for 60 years. If we keep contributing to the amount of truly affordable housing I believe it will bring the cost of market housing down as well.

Robert DelaGirodayYesEnsuring that development and densification in our community is not only responsible to our environment, but that supply begins to overtake demand.
11
Shakeel GayaYesEnable high density living in poco with planned apartment towers in designated areas allowing more green space and better transit.

Dawn BeckerNoThe market demand is the main driver of vacancy rates. I will work to achieve a balance of housing options that will address the varied needs of our community. We need housing for all ages, incomes, pet owners, and singles and families

David Laurence BlaberYesIn addition to adding supply, I'd like to remove rental restrictions being applied by homeowners/strata. Including Pet restrictions, age restrictions, having no allowable rentals, or asking for a criminal background check.
