Hi there and welcome! We are a community of changemakers from A Good Space (agoodspace.org) who are concerned with the COVID-19 situation. We know of many people who share our concern and are trying to understand how best to help.

This Sheet aims to track live updates on the current community responses to the COVID-19 situation, so that people can:

1. See what are the projects that are currently being done
2, Ask for help in your project if needed
3. See any gaps that are not being addressed
4. Understand how best to help and who to contact

After many iterations, here's how you can use this Sheet at this point

Tab 2: Offer of Resources - Do you know of valuable resources out there that can assist others in their projects? Or do you have resources you can offer? List them here.

Tab 3: Call for Volunteers - If your project needs volunteers, list them here.

Tab 4: Call for Messages - If your project is about compiling messages or thank you notes, list it here.

Tab 5: Call for Resources - If your project is in need of resources (e.g. masks, sanitisers, etc), list it here.

Tab 6: Call to Share - If your project needs human stories or some help with spreading awareness, list them here.

Tab 7: Ground Needs - There are currently many initiatives out there and many are serving similar needs (e.g. assembling care packages, sharing stories on social media, distributing face masks). If you hear of any unmet needs on the ground relating to the COVID-19 situation that are not being served, please list them here and these can be the basis for new ideas and projects to start if you are unsure of how best to help!

Tab 8: Ideas - If you have an idea for a project, but haven't started, and are looking for collaborators, list it here.

If you have any ideas on how to improve this Sheet, please feel free to list them in the table below or email them to Vincent (vincentngcb@gmail.com) or Abhishek (bajajabhishek92@hotmail.com) who are helping to coordinate this response, thank you!

1What does the yellow highlighted organisations mean?Abhishek: I added yellow to indicate projects that are live and seems like they are really happening. Have removed them now and replaced it with status updates through the "Status" column. got it. thanks!

2"Current initiatives" seems to be a duplication of "Call for resources", "call for messages" and "call for volunteers". Is this on purpose? How is it managed? Moderator inputs into "current initiatives"? Or person suggesting inputs both tabs?Abhishek: yes we had actually hidden that sheet but somehow it got displayed again. Have hidden it again. Thank you for pointing it out. thanks for working on it so quickly, keep up the great work!

3Suggest to add a column to say initiative/call active or not
(noticed that for some, you put [Full] [Fundraising closed] etc but having a column for status allows for easier filtering as the sheet keeps growing
Abhishek: that's a good point! We will work on this, the difficulty is that the folks who initially filled it up didn't leave their contact. We will do our best to keep this clean and updated. thanks for working on it so quickly, keep up the great work!
