How to use this tool to estimate monthly conversation charges:

1. Enter projected monthly business-initiated conversations in Column C of 'Estimator' tab for each market
2. Enter projected monthly user-initiated conversations in Column E of 'Estimator' tab for each market
3. TOTAL MONTHLY ESTIMATES in Column C and E will provide estimated spend by conversation type
4. TOTAL MONTHLY ESTIMATED SPEND provides total estimated monthly spend for all conversation types

THIS ESTIMATOR DOES NOT TAKE THE 1,000 FREE CONVERSATION PER MONTH OR FREE CONVERSATIONS FROM ADS THAT CLICK TO WHATSAPP AND FB PAGE CTAs INTO ACCOUNT
