Hansard3rdLooked pretty green with his stride pattern but showed an excellent turn of foot to win by 13l to a horse carrying nearly a stone less. However, was only 8 seconds faster than the 100 rated hurdle race (was carrying 11lb less) but the top two have done nothing since. He will get the age allowance in the bumper due to being 4. On evidence, he seems too young/inexperienced for this race. 3rd place horse lost by nk to 117 rated horse last week.

Flirtatious Girl 12.5l-Placed herself at the front around 2f out, a slight bit green but she was 2 lengths clear before the jockey went for her (no whip but certainly giving it some). She coped really well with the hill so that's a massive plus. However, trainer was interviewed afterwards. He said that she's not that special at home but alluded to the fact that the track is where they have to do it. He also said that there's another filly who she struggles with. He also said that Aintree was target. She is currently entered though. Will get mares 7lb allowance. Time wouldn't win her a bumper in the past but she will be 4lb lighter if she runs. Winning time in bumpers 3.43.4 to 4.06.1 in last 9 years. Unfortunately, only 3rd has run since and done nothing dropped back in class 1>5 Has entry on Sat 12th March at Sandown

American Mike was 7 seconds faster than 151 rated Eskylane. She was beaten
