|Secondary Programs and Pathways|
|The department offers wraparound supports for students at every step in their journey to keep every student engaged in school and on-track for success. This includes Personalized Pathways; Academic and Career Planning; academic, social/emotional,career counseling, and post-secondary advising; flexible coursework through Madison Virtual Campus and online learning; and Credit Recovery opportunities. The department also provides support through specialized academic programs such as AVID, Career & Technical Education, Experiential Learning and Dual Credit/Dual Enrollment.

|Experiential Learning Continuum implementation, scaling, and support||Provide coordination and support to Experiential Learning Liaisons, Career and Technical Education Instructors and Counselors in connection to activities on experiential learning continuum. Work with Pathways Anchor Partners to scale Pathways Industry Councils and determine staffing and systems/structures recommended for optimal scaling of experiential learning for ACP and Pathways.||Monique Billings (& Marshall Behringer)|
|Academic and Career Planning||Support and refine implementation of Academic and Career Planning from grades 6-12. |Development of Comprehensive School Counseling utilizing the ASCA National Model framework.||Provide mentoring and professional learning around the implementation of a Comprehensive School Counselign Program aligned to the ASCA National Model to all middle and high school counselors, in addition to providing supervision information to site based leadership.||Mindy Willard|

|Ninth Grade On-Track||Strengthen the work of our 9th grade success teams by developing the capacity of our teacher leaders to utilize equitable grading practices and protocols within their teams as they focus on 9th grade student success and particularly black student success. Hiring, onboard, train, coach 125 tutors to support the AVID Elective Class.
AVID Partnership Management
