This Spreadsheet is for NorCal PCA's Pinnacles National Park Campout

Below is information about the dates & group campsites.

The cost is $30 per person for the group site aready book by NorCal PCA. No refunds unless someone else from the waiting list takes your place.

Altitude is around 1500 feet at the campsite. Chalone Peak Trail reaches 3,300 feet at its summit.

Every car must pay the $30 entry fee unless someone in the car has an America the Beautiful pass, aka Senior Pass. True even if you have booked a site or cabin.

Hot showers are available near the Camp Store. Hours are 9:30am to 5pm daily, year-round. Ice, firewood, etc.

Group Sites 117 G and 126 G Details for both sites

Site Type: Group Standard Non-electric. Group site is for Tents only.

Shade: Yes for 117 but not much for 126

Max Num of People each site: 20 [we have two sites]. Rangers are strict about enforcing the limit.

Parking We are allowed 5 vehicles per campsite. 10 total! parking is nearby but we must carry equipment to campsite.

Extra cars can drop off gear at the site but then must leave the car in the overflow parking area. Apparently, no extra charge.

No RV's trailers vehicle camping or motorhomes in group sites. Tents Only. All group sites are a short walk (50-250ft) from the parking area.

RV sites also allow a tent so long as no more than 6 people stay at the site.

Dogs allowed at the camp ground if on a leash or in your car or tent. Dogs are not allowed on any trails. We strongly encourage you to leave your dog at home or a friend's house.

Food Locker measures 23"high, 36" deep, 48" wide. The average size family cooler is 16"HX22"DX13"W.

This means only 3 average family size coolers will fit inside.
