OVERVIEW
2
This spreadsheet contains over 1,000 emergency preparedness and response messages for 15 different hazards in 26-32 languages. Messages can be combined to create social media posts, emergency alerts, educational flyers, and much more. Not all messages are translated into every language because our team did the translations in waves. Sometimes we had more funding and could translate more languages.
3
NAVIGATING THE SPREADSHEET
4
Each tab of this spreadsheet (see below) contains messages for a specific topic. Within the tab, each column lists a different language. Every tab is laid out the same way, so each language will always be in the same column between topics. View the Table of Contents to navigate topics. Some messages may be appropriate for more than one category. For example, if you are looking for messages related to wilfire shelter, you may look in the Wildfire AND the Evacuation tabs. For that reason, we suggest that you use CTRL-F to do a keyword search of all tabs.
