Students will be introduced to life cycles of plants and animals.Students will be introduced to form and function. Students will draw and label parts of a plant and know that roots take in water, and lungs are for breathing.

Students will identify that living and nonliving things are made of parts and do specific things.Students will know the five senses and use them to observe, collect information, classify, describe and solve problems.

Students have introduction to weather and climate, they will identify seasonal changes, differences in precipitation and describe daily weather.Students classify and identify matter.
