BOOTHSHOWBAG
WANT TO BE INVOLVED

The booth is a dedicated space for you to show you game off - no matter what form it is in. Get people playing it, meet and greet, gather information for mailing lists, work on social media. The booth has tables set up and will rotate all the designers every 3-4 hours (See Schedule). In total you should get a minimum of 9 hours exposure.

The booth is designed to get you in front of as many people as we can in the space of PAX. We will have volunteers helping get players in into the booth and sell showbags. There should be the ability to sell your product. We will also have shelves to display product/marketing wares.

The amount you pay is dependant on the amount of people at the booth. The more peopel the cheaper it is. If we get too many, we go to the next size up.

During your "shift" you will have your own table and in charge of your own game.

We just ask that everyone is fair and distributes their time evenly, and only takes up the time they are slotted in for.
The showbag is a fundraising effort by the TGDA to help support and pay for things the TGDA would like to do.

The showbag will include the MicroGame competition winner's game, finalised and published by TGDA. The show bag will be sold for around $10 with all proceeds going to the TGDA.
It also comes with a branded USB where we can place any kind of digital file.

If you partake in the showbag, you are buying a place where you can put anything you want. You can add flyers, leaflets, business cards, microgames, audio files, Print and Plays, Videos (if small enough). These will all be sold out by the end of PAX.
