1.) This year your organization will need to add projections for FY26. Projections for FY25 should be carried over from last year's form, if available. For FY25, organizations should include the actual number of student served (your organization tracks this throughout the year and records it on this form).

2.) When estimating or projecting for events which occur multiple times, please write the total estimated or projected number of people served at every occurrence combined. The "Trackable" and "Leadership" tabs also ask for the estimated or projected number of unique students served across all entries on those tabs.

3.) Only groups who have GSSF status next year need to fill out numbers for all three years. Those groups transitioning out of GSSF status need only fill out numbers for the current fiscal year.

Definitions:

Trackable Programming: Programming where attendence can be taken and so total unique students served assesed. For this year please include programming which you anticipate you will put in this category in the future.

Estimated Programming: Programming where it would be unreasonable to take attendence.

Tabling: Please estimate the number of students served at tabling events

Publications: Any printed or electronically distriubted content the group produces (including website hits, newsletters, pamphlets etc.

Leadership: The core group of people who assist in the day to day operation of the organizations programming and services
