13	Decks will be sent Via discord Friday January 1st starting at 8pm. Images of Deck Lists and enhanced cards will be sent. You Must Register Your Decks After Receiving Them. We do request you do not play test with them. Please Reply back to Drsheep with your Player QR code and the name of Deck 1 and Deck 2 that you wish to play by Saturday January 2nd 9:30am CST.

16	We are allowing spectating since the event will be a closed hands event to get more of a traditional OP feel as we progress. However, coaching others over the internet is not allowed. We are aware this is not easily enforced, so slow playing will be taken very seriously as that is a potential indicator. Please direct message zarathustra05 or Drsheep to have them come observe the pace of play if you have concerns. One long turn is not what we are talking about. That happens and is fairly common. Taking an excessive time to call a house or make a play line multiple turns in a row, this IS what we are talking about. -Spectators are not muted since that was harder for judge interactions, but NON-judge spectators are not allowed to communicate during a live game in the chat.
