19		Terms of Service:
20	1. Process & Payment: I have rights to decline providing you the services. Once I accept your commission and the commission details are provided to me, I will add you to my queue list. Due to my current place of residence, I can only receive payment through these services: - Boosty - Hipolink I will provide you with links and instructions on how to make the payment procedure. I will start on your commission ONLY after I receive the payment. There will be no refunds! I will provide you with sketch WIP's for the revisions. Additional WIP's for line-art and colored stages will be provided if there has been an agreement for it. The revisions on the sketch stage are free. Revisions on later stages may require a fee depending on complexity. I will deliver finished commission in DM's via link to the file-hosting server. The finished commission will be in a .PNG located PRIVATELY on the file hosting server. I can also deliver the finished commission via e-mail if you request me to do so.
21	2. Copyright & Usage I retain the copyright and intellectual property rights to all my artwork. I have the right to post and use the commission in my portfolio and social media unless agreed otherwise with you. You will have a personal use license for the commissioned artwork. A Commercial License must be purchased to use the artwork for business, marketing, or merchandise. The Commercial License will have a fee discussed prior. In case of a character design commissions, you will own the rights to that specific character design for personal use. This means you can use the character in your own stories, personal projects, or as your avatar. I still retain the copyright to the artwork made for the character.
22	3. Personal Usage, Posting and Crediting the Artwork You can post commissioned artwork online, use it as a banner or profile picture. However, you MUST credit me when doing so You cannot claim my artwork as your own. You cannot remove my watermark/signature. You cannot edit my artwork unless you have received my permission.
23	4 Prohibition of AI Usage and NFTs: You are strictly prohibited from uploading, inputting, training, or otherwise using the commissioned artwork, in whole or in part, in any artificial intelligence (AI) system, dataset, generator, or related technology. This includes but not limited to: AI upscaling tools, AI filters, AI image generation models and LORAs, AI video and animation generators. You are strictly prohibited from using commissioned artwork as NFTs.
