Lesson & Recipe Tracking Steps:

1. Use sheet to plan lesson #, age group, and recipe; Do lesson & age group that has NOT already been completed by a prior group (unchecked and green name )

2. Document how much you spent on ingredients

3. Optional: Indicate how the lesson went and possible areas to be improved; email rrodriguezflores@ufl.edu for specific inquiries about group members/performance

Lesson Tracking Tips

* If one age group for one lesson has been done (ex: PRE-2ND), do other age group (3RD - 5TH) during your visit to ensure ALL age ranges are receiving the lesson

*Ensure you stick to the labeled age group on your visit

* Plan exactly WHEN to purchase ingredients (1 day prior, on the way to the school, etc)

* Read the Lesson Plan materials & print worksheets/articles (30+) PRIOR to visit; Printing ~ 1 Lesson Plan per 2 group members is optional but RECOMMENDED

*Ask for PROJECTOR w/ computer in MEDIA CENTER upon arrival OR have at least 1 group member BRING LAPTOP to play Youtube Video
