ERDBA members may request serve as hosts to steering clinic facilitated by experienced ERDBA members. This is a component of the ERDBA Ambassador program.

The clinic mission is to introduce and offer hands on guidance and tools to advance growth in steering. Each candidate will get a 10 minute classroom session and two 5 minute sessions with the steering oar.

Clinic goal: create an environment to build confidence and tools to steer for practice for beginners, and racing for advanced attendees.

Clinicians are volunteers whose travel, meals and housing expenses are covered by ERDBA.
