Your organisation may have more than one structure, i.e. be a registered charity and a company limited by guarantee. As long as it is a registered charity, it is eligible.

HDH WILLS: THE GENERAL FUNDRollingUp to £2000We seek to make donations to general charities, which are small enough in size or are applying for support for a modest project such that the charity will benefit substantially from a donation of between £500 and £2000.
We also make grants to charities, which focus on the conservation of wildlife and the environment which are typically between £1,000 to £2,000.
We will generally only support charities which are registered with the Charity Commission for England and Wales, Scottish Charity Regulator (OSCR), or which are exempt or excepted charities (within the meaning of the Charities Act 2011).
We will not generally make a grant to an organisation that the Trust has supported within the previous 24 months.
We will not support applications from individuals seeking personal support.
It is important that the charity will be small enough in size or be applying for support for a modest project, such that the grant will have a meaningful impact

Let's Grow Together Fund25th June 2024Up to £5000The Let's Grow Together Fund was created to support communities to create, access, and celebrate growing spaces within Glasgow and in this way increase the opportunities for citizens to grow their own fruit and vegetables locally.

This is an annual fund of £50,000 which was introduced to support the aims of the current iteration of Glasgow's Food Growing Strategy (2020-25).

"Supporting food waste reduction and reuse of materials in the community"

Constituted not-for-private-profit third sector or community organisations and schools, with a bank account, are eligible to apply. Such organisations can apply on behalf of growers' or community groups without a governing document or bank account.
Applicants must have the relevant insurance and permissions required to take their proposal forward.
More than one application can be made by the same organisation, but no organisation or partnership will receive more than 10% of the total grant money available per year.
