Campapalooza Encampment - Out of this Galaxy - at Camp Runels in Pelham, NH
3
June 7-9, 2019
4
5
Natick's 2019 Encampment - Campapalooza is open to all Girl Scout troops in Natick from Daisies through Ambassadors. Troops
6
can arrive between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. on Friday (no arrivals after dark) and stay until 11 a.m. on Sunday. Troops can also come for one night or just
7
the day on Saturday. There will be planned activities on Friday evening, all day on Saturday and Saturday evening. Girls can come and go as
8
needed at the discretion of their troop leader - leaders are responsible for the whereabouts of their girls at all times.
9
10
Each sleeping unit must have a a Troop Camper. We will pair troops up to make sure this happens. Each sleeping unit
11
can accommodate between 20 and 30 people in either tents, yurts, open air cabins or tentalos. Most units will have more than
12
one troop at them. You will know in advance who you are paired up with. Troops are responsible for all of their own meals.
13
You may want to plan your meals with whoever you are sharing a unit with. Each troop must have its own First Aider. There
14
will also be a Nurse on site at all times.
15
16
The cost of Campapalooza will be determined once we know how many troops are attending. There will be a flat troop cost for your
17
sleeping unit as well as a per girl cost. The flat troop cost will be determined based on the number of troops attending and is due on April 1
18
(check payable to Natick Girl Scouts and sent to to Michelle Major, 32 Lincoln St. Ext., Natick, MA 01760). The per girl cost is due on May 9.

Please let us know how many of you are coming to Campapalooza. Remember this is a girl event. Each troop should only have
45
enough adults for Safety Wise but no extra adults, please. See below for ratios. You can estimate here but let us know what your
46
maximum number could be so we have enough space for everyone. We will need your final count by April 23.
