In March, 2018, as I celebrated my 55th Birthday, I decided to discontinue maintenance of this Fitness Log. My focus is on even MORE exercise, and I'm improving nicely this Spring. However, given the extended travel,

I didn't want the hassle of logging in after each workout. I won't be on my computer every day, as I am now while I'm working. Time to decline this obligation (See The 10 Commandments Of Retirement), and get on with
