Activity Description
1) Identify an activity or sport you wish to take up for physical fitness
2) Write down your current standard
3) Write down a target goal for improvement and set a deadline
4) Put these information into a plan with the date, time, and improvement every session
5) The total duration spent should be across a total of < 5 hours, and <= 4 days

2) Share with your patrol members your plan and the challenges you faced
