Brittany S. Hale, Esq will present on the 5 things leaders need to know in order to build a strong organization and provide actionable tips to help leaders build strong engagement within their communities. Read Ms. Hale's full bio below:

Ms. Hale earned her B.A. from Rutgers University-Newark Honors College in 2009 and attended Boston University School of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctor degree in 2012.

After law school, Brittany worked as a Securities Litigation Analyst at Bloomberg LP and eventually began to develop legal marketing strategies for her clients. Her results-oriented approach led her into trial work with a Fortune 500 company. During this time she tried over 15 cases in Hudson, Union, and Middlesex County Superior Courts. Given her extensive trial experience and a background in securities analysis and marketing strategy, Brittany offers unique and innovative litigation solutions to her legal clients. She also provides executive management and leadership coaching through her consulting business, Brittany Says.

Ms. Hale is a founding member of The Gem Project, a non-profit which provides leadership and educational workshops for students in economically depressed communities. She currently serves as a Board of Education Commissioner in Rahway and is the youngest woman of color to do so. Ms. Hale is also the youngest woman to serve on the Rahway Redevelopment Agency, where she evaluates developers looking to launch development projects in the city. In 2019, she was appointed to the Rutgers Alumni Leaders Council and in 2020 was appointed to the Dean's Cabinet at Rutgers University-Newark. In 2021, she was appointed as the New Jersey Young Democrats Black Caucus Chair.
