The soul of a male ifrit from the plane of fire. He was killed in the city of brass many centuries ago and his soul was stored inside a fire whale's heart that found its way into the hoard of the magma dragon that was Gezzerbial's master. Gezzerbial stole the gem and has wanted to put it into armor to give it life ever since. He achieved this goal when crafting Rudabeh's armor. Teken is polite, law-abiding, and happy to have another chance at life, even if it is from within the confines of Rudabeh's armor. He swore an oath to assist her and be her staunch ally. Became upset with her after she did not kill a fleeing flame drake while traveling down the river.

Elf, male, a scarred and experienced Bloodrager that speaks for the assembled mercenaries of Pitax. Agreed to take orders from Rudabeh after Dagen paid their fees and Rudabeh agreed to find them better work with the Pact of Years. Was magically blinded in a fight with Orza. Supported Rudabeh throughout election process. Was critically wounded by exploding Haxiel, losing an arm and suffering leg disfigurement. Rudabeh swore to take responsibility and fix it. He also experienced a vision from one of Gorum's avatars, telling Ractus a time of great glory was approaching. Has shown signs of depression which Rudabeh has been attempting to combat.

Human, Female. Mercenary sorcerer. Small, young, attached to Ractus, and Ractus looks after her. Assisted Rudabeh while she was leading Irovetti's procession to the river and guarded Irovetti's scribes. Has some kind of sun or light based sorcery. Afraid of the dark.

Human, male, old mercenary with an injured voice. Most experienced of Rudabeh's Trusted Few and looked up to by the others. Personal friend of Ractus. Assissted during the Pitax Election. Greatly enjoys fishing, does not fight unless he has to.

Human, male. Varisian mercenary with a lopsided smile and substanial charisma. Assisted during Pitax Election. Learned to read and write from his father, part of a traveling clan. Assisted in the fight with the flame drake despite Rudabeh's instructions and was badly burned.

Human, Male, Was Ractus' right-hand man, seems to be very suspicious and skeptical of Rudabeh and her promises. Joined Dagen and Tolmara's side. Disguised himself as Samuel at Dagen's direction and tackled Rudabeh off the battlements, only to explode mid-air into chunks of meat. Did not seem to want to explode and was tricked.

The human woman that brought a unified diplomatic entity to the countries of the river kingdoms, she chose Rudabeh to carry on her vision, whatever that is.

Human woman, one of the most storied and talented of the preist arbiters, known for her perfect memory. Extremely pious, wants a more order hierarchy of religious order. Possibly jealous//indignant/confused why Rudabeh was chosen to sucede Veleda instead of her.

Gralton human male, still holds on to the nobility he and his family left behind in Galt. Gregarious and friendly on the surface.

Human? Male, origin unknown but delegates for Liberthane. Huge, ex-warrior, gruff and blunt. Disagrees with Veleda about the future of the Pact.

Human male, has strong aura of chaos and very clever. Lover of art, shows of wealth, and the over-designed. Hosting a josting tournement in PItax for which Rudabeh was sent to judge. Is very good at skirting the edges of the River Freedoms and repressing people in such a way to not blatently break the Freedoms. Rudabeh defied him at the joust and sentanced Dravos Rennert to pay tfor the raising of a man he killed or be sentanced to death. Rudabeh has been working against Irovetti since he ordered the lance charge on his own citizens. Rudabeh struck a deal with Irovetti- abdicate the throne in return for a position of power within the Pact. He considers this a "promotion" while Rudabeh considers it fulilling her oath to punish him for violating the River Freedom: Say What You Will. He posses a mirror that acts as a communication link between the Material Plane and a magma dragon on the Plane of Fire. Irovetti said breaking the mirror will summon the dragon at the cost of a terrible price to the summoner. Left Pitax without incident, awaiting Rudabeh in Touvette.

Human male, Escourted Rudabeh from Troutmouth to Pitax. Is Irovetti's right-hand man. Captured by Rudabeh and Dagen when they went to speak to the mercenaries. Rudabeh saved him from being killed by Orza and convinced him to help her persaude Irovetti to give up the throne, but ultimately was not part of the discussion. Irovetti convinced him to run in Pitax's election for Head of State, but was murdered by Zadie Brunn the night before.

Commander of Pitax's Army and Master of the Guard

Human, male, Formidible and intractable, he does not lke dealing with guests. Especially ones with odd requests. Was not pleased Rudabeh wanted to leave the Palace for the night, and was chastised/punished by the King for not granting her request. Rudabeh has a habit of accidently putting him in awful situations. He commanded the crowd control guards at the jousting field, and was promoted to Pitax's army commander. Really tired of Rudabeh's shit.

Human male, old, stooped servent that tended to Rudabeh during her time staying in the First Palace's apartments

Human male, Captain that led the soldiers searching for Rudabeh. They ransacked the Pitax church of Alseta. Rudabeh fought his men and was about to let them retreat when a mob started to burn down the church. He came back and helped the priests escape, and gave Rudabeh back her sword. Rudabeh defended him when Zaria tried to kill him with an alchemist's fire, then let him and two of his men go after sentancing the third to death. Asked Rudabeh to break up a fight between Jerrad's soldiers and Ractus.

Human male. Old judge appointed by Irovetti long before the king's abdiction. Supported Tolmara's claim of her Pitaxian citizenry. Was appointed Majordomo of the House of Lords by Samuel, though the two seem to share animosity.

Male (?) Salamander for the Plane of Fire. Slave of the magma dragon Irovetti spoke with through the mirror. Was in Irovetti's purchased service for a time. Freed from Magma Dragon by Rudabeh after asking Nubuach and Viridia for assistance. Unsure what to do with his freedom after centuries of enslavement. Holed himself up in First Palace Armory an crafted Rudabeh's silverhseen full plate, as well as gifting the fire whale's heart that contained the soul of Teken, impacting the armor with life. Decided to travel south, away from the River Kingdoms.

Human female, did not seem very interested in Rudabeh and certainly did not want her help. Is sick of the adventurers tearing up her temple, and upset that Irovetti has done nothing about it. Was eventually tossed out of her own temple by Tamara, cut off from her god, and is going to be "replaced" as she put it. Rudabeh Watched the scene and took her back to the palace to recover from shock. Rudabeh plannned to work with her to try and settle the revolutionary tide in Pitax, but lost track of her after the riot at the joust.

Human female, was part of Irovetti's inner circle in Pitax. Older woman. Irovetti said she was Master of the Thieves' guild, and tricked Rudabeh into delivering some kind of political message to Toski. The woman said she hoped Rudabeh "would see Justice done". She is currently in the Pitax dungeons, and in a drug induced haze, told Rudabeh that Irovetti "broke their deal". Found dead from drug overdose after Irovetti abdicated the throne.

Adventurer Priest of Calistria, part of ruling council of the मुक्त राज्य, the Kingdom of the Free

Elf female, incredibly charming spokesperson for The Kingdom of the Free, a new kingdom starting up in the Stolen Lands. Is working with the rebels, tossed out Kilarra from the temple. Is very moderate and able to get her companions to see diplomacy and reason. Has started some kind of personality cult of Calistria. Ran for Head of State in Pitax's election but eventually withdrew after Dagen's scheme to murder Rudabeh failed.

Half-orc male, obessed with his magical studies and seems to have learned everything he knows from books. Well versed in teleportation magic, Rudabeh is keeping an eye on him for teleportation abuse, though he has shown no motivations to do so. Assisted Rudabeh in freeing Gezzerbial with the price being Rudabeh signing a contract to ask Veleda to assist him in constructing a magical item to bring him back to life should he die. Appears to have some knowledge of some event about to occur involving Rudabeh, and asked her birthday.

Adventurer Rogue, part of ruling council of the मुक्त राज्य, the Kingdom of the Free

Human male, seems incredibly shifty and possibly has sticky fingers, Working with the rebels, making plans and organizing people. Rudabeh knows he is hiding something and is highly suspicious of his motives. The two worked together to secure the mercenaries working for the rebels, for which Dagen paid. Wanted to invade Pitax with his armies to "restore order" and install their own people. Was voted down by the rest of the gorup and attempted to win the upcoming election. Tried to have Rudabeh killed and frame Samuel for it to accomplish this, but failed. Told Rudabeh they were giving up and leaving Pitax, and appeared to have some measure of respect for her regardless of the failure.

Human female, huge and powerful, seems to prefer a bastard sword and probably fighting things. Has a temper and has a very black and white view on evil. Confronted Rudabeh about eating tojandi, seemed like she was looking to pick a fight. Viridia intervened when Rudabeh sentenced Dravos Rennert to death, killing him while she held off the guards. Rudabeh owes her a great debt for the help. Nubauch seemed to indicate she went off on a prison break of some kind. Irovetti confirmed she attacked and was barely fought off. Assisted in freeing Gezzerbial, but is upset Rudabeh let Irovetti go.

Red Cresent Theater Plaza, Pitax

Human woman that introduced the ruling council of the Kingdom of the Free, was scried and used to teleport. Took payment and left. Rudabeh later spoke to her to learn about the ruling party of the Kingdom of the Free. Rudabeh found her to be very wise and a model River Kingdom citizen.

Human male, a high lord of Brevoy and excellent swordsman. Rudabeh found him intoxicated and confused, yelling at guards. The two fought a manticore together, but Pircien was confused the entire time and passsed out at the end. Recused by his squire. He appeared at the jousting field and defended Rudabeh from Goldwin. Asked Rudabeh if he could lead Pitax, and she turned him down. Seemed insulted.

Human male, teenager and squire to Pircien. Appeared at the end of the manticore fight. Claims to be skilled in healing and often tends to his lord's wounds.

Human male, leader of Pitax rebels that requested Rudabeh's presence to tell her the "true" machinations of Pitax. Strong aura of chaos. Hates the way Irovetti orces artists to be at his beck and call, as well as forcing themes on them or generally stifling their creativity. Has a statue he is going to unveil at the closing ceremony of the festival, which Rudabeh suspects may incite a revolution. Riled up a crowd and ended up burning down a church of Alseta. Intervened before Zadie was about to be executed by Rudabeh and asked she stay her blade, leading to Zadie's public trial. Was elected Head of State of Pitax by a large margin, causing the other rebels to start allying against him politically

Human male, gruff worshipper of Hanspur. Serves as some kind of guard, peacekeeper, or lookout for the rebels in meetings. Faint aura of Chaos. Was captured in Irovetti's raids. Was sent to fetch Rudabeh after she was exploded, seems to understand she believes what she is doing.

Human female, part of pitax rebels. One of Samuel's students. Attempted to killed soldier captain, Rudabeh stopped it. Rudabeh made her take the life of the convicted soldier to try and teach her a lesson on why resorting to killing isn't so glorious, but it didn't take. Fiercly loyal to Samuel and was appointed Majordomo of house of the people

Human male, confessed to Rudabeh about the rebels selling drugs to fund their movement. Very guilty conscience, asked Rudabeh and Alseta for forgiveness Part of the Pitax rebels.

Half-orc male, massive muscles. one hand calloused from using a sword, the other missing half its fingers. Part of the pitax rebels. Captured during Irovetti's raids on the rebel hideouts. Was said to be working for Dagen, but warned both Rudabeh and Samuel of the attempt on their lives. Rudabeh ignored the warning and was exploded, but Samuel hid and thwarted Dagen's scheme. Zhuk was found dead in the river two days later with his throat cut. Rudabeh deeply suspects it was Dagen's doing.

Human female, only openly rebelling member of the group. Hides behind the notion her family, the Lorenza, is upset about Irovetti taking away their merchant-state rulership. Known for her green hood. Wants to restore the rule of the Lorenza family, went to speak to Pircien about the lesser nobles.

Human male, has done business with Gegdev through intermediates. Complains about bandits, specifically 'Green Hood' lady, the Liacenza, then asks Irovetti for reinbursement. In reality is likely handing goods off to her to supply rebellion. Part of the Pitax revolutionaries, has figured out Rudabeh knows his identity. Warned Rudabeh of Dagen's armies approaching after she made a deal with Irovetti. Took Lady Green Hood's side when Samuel attempted to make him Majordomo of House of Lords to maintain a balance of power against Samuel.

Half-elf male, part of Irovetti's inner circle in Pitax. Sees himself as a ladies' man. Wanted to run for Pitax's head of state but Rudabeh rejected him gently. Murdered Druxan to "do what had to be done" and was put on public trial. After being exonerated by the people of Pitax, he was killed in the explosion caused by Haxiel meant to kill Rudabeh.

Human male, father of Bella. Acted as healers during the joust and proclaimed Benek dead. Escaped from the burning church with Rudabeh and soldier captain's help. Going to a woodland shrine to escape the city. Returned to participate in the election, saw Rudabeh get exploded. Saved her life and put her back together. Handed her the Steward's Iron Key. Offered a job building sewers by Samuel.

Human female, daughter of Hiram and mother of toddler. Acted as healers during the joust and proclaimed Benek dead. Escaped from the burning church with Rudabeh and soldier captain's help. Going to a woodland shrine to escape the city.

High Commander of the Unonquerable Legions of Pitax

Human male, incredibly strmboiong warrior and has a an immense love of fightin, to the point where he goes to fighting arenas and brutalizes ignorant peasants for fun. He and Rudabeh scuffled briefly when he broke her rules, but was summoned away by his mother. Purposefully killed Benek on the jousting field. Rudabeh sentenced him to death and he was eventually killed by Virdia.

Human woman, Dravos' mother and absolute space cadet. Does not seem to notice or care that her son engages in bloood sports for fun, but is very proud of him nonetheless. Appears to have a strange control over him. Watched Dravos get killed on the jousting field after Rudabeh ordered it.

Human female, very sticky fingers. Coniving and scheming, deadly with daggers. Rudabeh saw her and Black Thom pilaging the bandited barge after they had chased off the bandits and the flame drake. Rudabeh let her keep the spoils, but told her and Thom were no longer welcome in the company.

Male Dwarf. Very strong, but seems slow. Basicially follows Ten-fingers around and does what she says.

Human female, part of pitax rebels. Priest of Hanspur. Had her eye put out by Irovetti for speaking against him, which she says (rightly)violates the river freedoms. Irovetti passed it off that she was blocking river traffic for making a scene. Blames Rudabeh for her friends being captured and their hideouts raided. Rudabeh has said she will try to make it up to her. Attempted to kill Druxan when he was brought to the Red Cresent Theater, was stopped by Rudabeh with help from Tolmara. Attacked Rudabeh after she reached a deal with Faro. Rudabeh ended up drowning her in the Pitax River, handing her corpse over to Faro for burial.

Halfling male, elected negociator of riverboat pilots. Blunt. Initially dour and neutral, he ended up getting along with Rudabeh and agreeing to a deal to transport Irovetti's people to Touvette. Was washed away by Orza but caught by Rudabeh.

Half-elf male, no-nonsense barge captain. Left the former barge's cook on the docks after he got drunk.

Human female, sailor on Ostend's barge, skilled and upbeat. Possibly Ostend's current or former lover.

Human male, merchant from the Kingdom of the Free, goods were nearly destroyed by a flame drake. Rudabeh talked Brok back into the trade agreement with Paren.

Human male, was second in command for the barge attacked by flame drake. Resisted Rudabeh's negociations.

A young wizard that was part of Goldwin's attachment of soldiers. Launched a Flaming Sphere at the barricade. Rudabeh shot two arrows into him and he later fled. Irovetti's chef?!

Young noble that jousted against Goldwin and forfeited

Killed by Rudabeh during the battle at the barricade after he turned into a giant with a flagpole and challenged her. Jousted against Radelfo and won, later called Rudabeh racial slurs and attacked her when the riot broke out after she would not get away from Dravos. Last seen engauged in combat with Pircien.

Killed by Dravos Rennert in a joust. Rudabeh witnessed the act and believed it was on purpose.

Human male, highly skilled craftsman that likes having a schedule and interesting work. Repaired Rudabeh's armor after it was torn up by a manticore, making it better than new. Recovered Rudabeh's sword after the explosion and discovered Gezzerbial trying to steal form his shop. Made a deal to learn from the salamander in exchange for watching him make Rudabhe's full plate. Asked for one gold coin to show to his children in exchange for his work.
