What does the bargaining process look like? Although bargaining is an active process, we will try to track changes from GOLD-UE and the Dartmouth administration in the most readable way possible. That being said, there may be differences in how changes were tracked. Proposal language can go through multiple iterations before it is agreed upon by both sides of the bargaining table. Furthermore, proposal language often must use legal terms of art. As a result, the changes themselves may be difficult to parse.08-25-23 update04-25-24 update
