2 | Motion: Form Ad Hoc Committee as follows: Ad Hoc Social Media Committee (SMC) The SMC Chair shall be the Communications & Public Relations Contractor, Brian McWilliams. The SMC members shall be comprised of however many members the SMC Chair deems necessary. The SMC Chair shall appoint and dismiss members at their discretion. Social Media Committee Description & Tasks The SMC shall be in charge of all social media posts across all official LP platforms including, but not limited to X, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. SMC members shall remain anonymous and known only to the Communications & Public Relations Contractor, the ExD, the LNC Chair, and those on the SMC. Only the Communications & Public Relations Contractor and ExD shall maintain credentials for all social media platforms. Only members on the SMC shall have social media account access at the discretion of the Communications & Public Relations Contractor. | ||||||
