Areas I can provide tutoring: Chemistry (general and AP), Physical Science, and Executive Functioning. I can't concurrently tutor a student that is an actively enrolled in my class. For instance, if I have a student in chemistry 2nd trimester, then I could not tutor them during 2nd trimester. Available Wednesdays, Thursdays, limited weekend times, and summer. While I prefer face to face tutoring, I am open to virtual.

I’m a certified high school mathematics teacher (Algebra through AP Calculus AB and AP Statistics) with a doctorate in mathematics education. I’m passionate about helping students identify their strengths in mathematics and to build on their thinking. My services include tutoring students with challenges in a class, looking for a jump start in a future class, or preparing for AP exams.

As a retired teacher, I have 27 years of classroom experience, most of which was in Saline Area Schools. While Math is my preferred content area (up through Algebra 1) I am certified to teach K-5 all subjects and K-8 Math and Science.

I am a Spanish native speaker and taught in Chile at the University for 8 years. Now I am living in Saline area and I am offering tutoring in conversational Spanish and Spanish bussines correspondence. I am also an attorney and can provide legal translations as well as less formal ones. Tutoring are fun and engaging and will be conducted via zoom or possibly face-to-face safely.

Actually, I am a volunteer Spanish teacher with Jewish Family Service, and I am teaching Spanish to Giving Team at the University of Berkeley, California via Zoom. I can provide professional references if requested.
