2. The Value X is the racial and ethnic minority population in the region - please use the most recent census data to find this percentage.

3. Use the value found in the light blue box to determine minority representation in the workforce for the purposes of this Indicator.

4. Use the value in the light green box for minority representation on the senior leadership team for the purposes of this Indicator.

5. Use the values in the orange boxes for the weighted Value X (the values for the workforce and senior leadership team may differ depending on where staff are located).
