Very capable pair with some good basics. Rider needs to encourage horse to go more freely forward with longer strides especially in trot work. Long reins allow hiorse to stretch neck down and curl behind the vertical allowing him to pull down and fall on shoulders. Shorten reins and use half halts to help horse figure out his balance and how to better carry himself. Potential for better scores when rider is more proactive in helping horse use himself like the athlete he is!
