9/2/2025 17:00:45File an Inquiry965Glen Ray3/6, 4/7, 11/14, 12/15Request clarification of SUPPS, Page 17, Section 12 Reconnaissance, Subsection 12.2 Direction of Travel as it states: Under no circumstances may competitors drive in the opposite direction of the rally traffic unless instructed by an official of the event or the police. Competitors may only enter a special stage through the start and exit through the finish.

With SS 11/14 overlapping and running the opposite direction of SS 4/7 ALONG WITH SS 3/6 overlapping and running opposite direction of SS 12/15, how are competitors supposed to abide by the event provided supplementals and recce the stages without incurring a recce infraction?
Recommended action, remove the Direction of Travel mandate as with the recce speed being severely limited to only 20mph, direction of travel should not be a safety issue unless, the stages are on narrow goat paths.Resolved / CompletedRecce Guide Sections 4, 5, and 6 provide the requested clarification.

9/20/2025 17:09:43File an Inquiry342jack penleySS5 finishI believe control wrote down wrong time on time card - the time we handed over card, not finish line time. I believe we were +\- 14sec faster. Please review with control workers, deduct +/- 14 sec from our time.Resolved / CompletedYesScoring reviewed. The time on the card matches what is in RallySafe and the log. Technically speaking, the GPS point that triggers your time at the flying finish is the same for each car so I would expect this to be a pervasive issue if it were in the wrong place. We have no other reports. The time stands. If you have evidence to support a different stage time or any evidence to support your claim, please create a new inquiry describing that evidence.

As we approached and crossed finish our RallySafe unit was repeatedly alternating between the normal on-stage screen and OK for a competitor off just before finish until several seconds after we crossed the finish line. We are concerned this caused a timing error. We have further confirmed that the in-car video playtime between when the RallySafe went green at start to when we crossed the red boards is 12:41.03RCR 5.12.7Please review backup timing logs of the flying finish crew, and/or review the in-car video we are happy to provide, and adjust our stage time to reflect actual 12:41.0 elapsed stage time. 9/21/2025 14:21:56File an Inquiry108Ethan ChuongTC11Late Check In: We stopped after Stage 10 finish due to the loss of Rally Safe power. We stayed near radio control to maintain communication to event organizers as our car became untraceable, leaving a gap in safety and coverage on the field. Needed confirmation from staff to continue as for "quiet zones and other options available" rally safe is considered final judge of face, as well as being the official time and scoring.

Additionally- there were no faults found on car side, yellow rallysafe supplied cable replaced at service.
ARA Bulletin 2025-3Remove Late Check-in penaltyResolved / CompletedYesCar 108 mistakenly assumed that the rallysafe unit being disabled meant a DNF. We have been issued further instructions on how to act when the rallysafe is no longer active, the competitor followed these intstructions until the rallysafe unit was repaired. Penalty was removed.
