I know because I am/was one. I'm 35 now and live on my own, with "normal" intelligence. But I know that had I had this technology available to me when I was young, it would have helped me out with my early communication skills, especially, a lot. These apps are made by RJ Cooper and Associates, for which I am a volunteer part of the public relations team.
