Figure out how much is needed based on the Facebook event, solicit donations, transport snacks to event, make a list of what you need help with and communicate that to Low for help. Pick up Peace Coffee Donations at Wonderland Park location (3262 Minnehaha Ave Minneapolis, MN 55406) location & transport to Blake 9:45amDonation: coffee, cups, cream, sugar, etc. and the promo stuff too. I will set if for pick up at the shop at 9:45 on Nov. 5th. It will be under Grease Rag Winter Bike Skill Share. We will need to return everything back to the shop that day or on Sunday or Monday. Greet people coming in, ask them to sign in, tell them where the snacks are, where the agenda is, when lunch is, and to make themselves comfortable. Make sure they get a GR flyer, raffle ticket, handout, question card, pen if they need it. Push the donation cup. After the program starts, I'd like one person to remain at/ near the table for late comers. Let me know if you are willing to do that, if you are willing to join the Session Intro/ Timing Group, or if you would like to sit and watch the presentations. Thanks!
