I really appreciate him for that.Again, Ted has been an amazing person to collaborate with.Fair and firm, as well as respectful.Yes, always.Again, Ted has raised the bar at SHHS.Ted gives respect and he is respected highly.Always.To the highest degree.Ted is an amazing communicator. He has always kept the faculty fully informed no matter what the situation or focus. I really appreciate that.Same as above comments.Yes, Ted has shared so many of his materials and ideas, articles and practices with me over the years. That is why I truly appreciate him so much...his willingness to share and help us all become better educators.I know the demands on Ted's daily schedule have been great. There are only so many hours in the school day, so it may have been difficult for him to get into classrooms more often. However, when he was present in my classroom I looked forward to the quality feedback he always provided.Very much so!Ted's feedback has always been honest and productive to my teaching practice. He takes the time to highlight the things that work effectively and the areas where inprovement could be made. He offers specific ideas and materials to enhance our practice.Absolutely. Ted has always encouraged teachers and students to raise the bar and keep it high for all level learners. He has enhanced the rigor and expectations for teachers and students alike. It has been an honor and a priviledge to work with Ted. His high level of professionalism, compassion and dedication to education is something we all respect and value. It is a huge shame that South Hadley let Ted slip away. He will be a huge loss and it will be a great gain to the school district he will be joining. Shame on SH!!!!!
