Purpose: Use this Google sheet as your own internal Campus Visit Experience tour planning guide. It is meant to take you step by step through the brainstorming process with your team, encourage collaboration and shed light into how the tour platform works.

To Start: Make a copy to use this document by clicking "File" in the top left under the title. Then, click "Make a Copy". Share this out with those involved, changing the share links accordingly whether or not they will be able to edit or just view.

To Use: There are two types of tabs. Purple tabs, also denoted with a *, require action. You'll see cells highlighted on the purple tabs to clarify which to complete. Green tabs provide explanations and background to fill out the purple tabs.

Strategy: We recommend having a team lead or a few select members lead this process. Use our two tuturial portals for additional help when needed. Refer to the "Brainstorm Overview" tab for some best practices.
